As of legal reasons we are to publish this terms of service and to insist of the acceptance and the compliance with this terms.
1. freeguestbook.de is autorized to make Changes on the use conditions, the Design of the guestbooks or the Server or the Advertisements or change the server or the Domain - to page out guestbooks on other servers or delete guestbooks immediately and without telling any reasons (in particular, if the was no view/no entry on the guestbook for at last 2 months (inaktivity)) or completely to terminate the service to interrupting the Service.
2. Each guestbook user is even responsible for contents and care of its guestbook, i.e. no liability for contents of the guestbook is taken over, neither for texts, nor for banners or links or the sides that are linked. If Links,banners or texts should be contained in the guestbook, that offend against these rules, then the guestbook user has to ensure that these are removed or the guestbook will be completly removed by us.
3. Limit: A guestbook covers 1000 entries - optionally this limit can be extended. Should be received more entries than certified for the guestbook maximally, the oldest entry is deleted for each new entry by the server..
4. Websites with pornographic or racistic contents, as well as all Websites, which offend against german law, are excluded from this service. In particular websites are not allowed to use this service, if they contain the following topics: Erotics, pirat copies as well as Warez, Cracks, Serialz, Realz, exchange of passwords, force glorification
5a. According to our opinion, if there are serious offences we are autorized to delete the account without preliminary warning to delete. In special cases we are autorized to exclude also other than the sites described above from our Service.
5b. freeguestbook.de is autorized to delete in its sole discretion individual entries if the entries do not correspond to these use conditions, or it is judged of of us as appropriate.
5c. freeguestbook.de is autorized to prevent in its sole discretion entries into the guestbooks if we are the opinion that the entries pursue the purpose of the advertisement. 0815guestbooks.de is also autorized to exclude users from all entries into all guestbooks.
5d. Its prohibited for users to post spam to the guestbooks.
6. The user agrees with the fact that personal data are stored. All data serve only for statistics or to mail you informations about your guestbookaccount or our other services. These data are passed on noor sold on 3rd parties.
7. freeguestbook.de is autorized, in its sole discretion, to include advertisement in the guestbooks.

9. freeguestbook.de is autorized to change the Terms of Service at any time. The user is sufficiently informed about it (e.g. by email or a notice on the website). The further use of our services is possible only if the changed terms of service were accepted.

11. If there is an illegal clause contained in these conditions, then the remaining clauses are not affected of it. The illegal clause has to be replaced by an legal, which comes the legal and economic purpose of the formulation concerned next (severability clause).
